Bliss Balls

I am a huge lover of bliss balls. They are great to snack on at home, at the office, after a workout and while travelling. Here are two of my favourite recipes.

BLISS BALL RECIPES

Chocolate:
Cacao Super Protein Blend by Nutrition Warrior
1/2 c nut butter
1 c shredded coconut + extra to roll balls in
1/4 c honey

Blend in a high powered blender and roll mixture into balls. Roll the balls in the extra coconut and store in the fridge.

Lemon:
1/2 c almonds
2 c shredded coconut + extra to rolls balls in
2 tbs honey
2 tbs coconut oil, melted
1 lemon, zest & juice

Blend in a high powered blender and roll mixture into balls. Roll the balls in the extra coconut and store in the fridge.
