China Adventure 2015: Our Two Week China Itinerary

China Adventure 2015: Our Two Week China Itinerary

I’ll be spending my very first Christmas away from my family in Perth this year to travel to China and spend it with Terry which I am super excited about. As a second time visitor to China I really wanted to get out of the cities and explore some different areas than my first trip (Beijing, Xi’An, Yangshuo, Shanghai, Hong Kong). While I am going to be back in Beijing, Xi’An and Shanghai it will be a different experience- The Great Wall in snow instead of amongst the autumn leaves, snowboarding and hiking Mt Huashan. See our two week China itinerary below.

  • Yungang is very good to visit in combination with Wutai
    Mountain and Pinyao Ancient city.
All these places are found in shanxi province China.
We run tours to these places daily.
They are all Unesco World Heritage and very special
    for world culture.
Yungang’s grottoes are around a site that is a park and can be visited be all age groups.

It is also suitable for children. The demonstration of Budddhist Art is exceptional and a true testament
to the strength of this religion at that period in Chinese history.
